The animation looked a bit different from what I remembered season 1 was, turned out this season is made by a different studio. I wonder what happened to the previous one, REVOROOT, they seemed to have stopped updating their website since 2022.

The new studio is Teddy, and this seems to be their first full season work, previously just helping out other studios on episodes.

I have read the manga but not watched the previous anime adaptation. I was surprised to hear Conan’s voice from Yaiba (apparently Takayama Minami is reprising the same role from the previous adaptation). The animation quality was good, it seemed this anime has a good budget allocated. They also kept the art style from the manga intact. I think this is something I’ll enjoy this season.
