9 days agoOctober is when security patches for windows 10 will stop. Its when it goes full out of support. LTSB will continue getting security patches for a couple years though.

0·15 days agoIt seems to be hit or miss. I hear people online have no issues with HOTAS/HOSAS/other sim gear on Linux. But I could never really get mine to work 100% correctly.
Plus it was a lot more fiddly every time I wanted to play my games than windows. Idk I just keep windows for my sims and do everything else on Linux
For some actual numbers, Valve had sold ~4 million steam decks since it was released over 3 years ago.
Nintendo has sold ~150 million switches to date. And they sold nearly 18 million of them in its first full year (2017).
