Blew a 20 point lead just to give me another heart attack but damn was that a play to win it on!

INSANE PLAY. Absolutely unbelievable. Did they give an explanation of why the bucket counted though? I thought it had to be completely off his finger before the clock expired and in the frame-by-frame replay it looked to me like it wasn’t? Am I misunderstanding the rule? Did they have a better camera angle?
