Apologies up front, this is going to be a bit of an image-heavy post. I found myself just taking screenshots through the episode.
First, it was easy to tell that this was going to be a big episode for the two of them because they are not the type to take this singer’s provocations lying down.
As a quick aside, I really liked how they played with the song title being overlaid on the band:
If this conductor thought he was going to be able to rein in this rhythm section, he had another thing coming. As somebody that used to play in an orchestra, the conductor can do whatever he wants, at the end of the day you follow the rhythm section.
After the performance, despite being surprisingly sporting about it, this singer definitely deserved a bit of a verbal lashing:

Finally, by far the most unsettling thing this episode was the mom. Something very dark and worrying is behind those eyes. With this episode, we passed the point that I have read in the manga. So, I have no idea what is going on there.
